Swimming

Some weeks ago we went swimming at the ymca pools for a swimming lesson first we learned about breathing when we are doing freestyle and backstrokes. last year i didnt know how to do backstrokes now i have improved on backstrokes cause evrytime i cared and at the end of our lesson we have free time the end

camp bentzon

last Tuesday the year 6 team has been to kawau island for a camp we slept in cabins we had to go to school at 7 am then the bus came to pick us up

Sports Rotation

After playtime we had an sports rotation some of us played inside the hall we started playing volleyball with Mrs squires we were versing room18 .Room18 won then we moved to the parachute it wasn't fair because some of them were standing up then it was our time we only had a little time then we moved to the trampoline in the hall first up was room18 first it was Caleb had a good turn at high jump then It was the next person then it was Tamika she just jumped It was our turn Tanielu was good at it then I't was Zane he's good at flips then once we finished we done hand stand competition and king dodge ball i felt nervous because I thought everyone was going to laugh at me when I get hit because i think the boys will teas me at dodgeball.

Beijing Ceremony

The boom of drums kept on crashing and bashing. I felt if I was in an earthquake as there were two thousand people drumming. When they were drumming it looked like they had hard glow sticks in their hands. It was so loud if blocked my ears . There were thousands of people in the audience at the back of them they were in the middle of the birds nest stadium Ceremony then suddenly .I saw the Olympics rings with fairies around it when they were flying around they had colourful lights on them it looked like they were real fairies then we looked at the fire works it looked like flashing lights along the roads when we looked at the fire works it looked like fire burning.

on saturday i stayed home and watched the olympics . Then my cousins came over then we went to movies . we watched star wars clone wars at the movies in hoyts sylvia park . Then we went to subway In remera we thought we would go their because their was a big bezy line i couldent wait till we got there i always like gong to remera shops . my mum and dad and my friend sometimes go there it was fun then i had to go home with my aunty and my cousins

camp care a lot

we sleeped in tents on the school feild .it was for the senior school. year 5 and 6 .we also done tenpin bowling in pammure. we went with mrs stugie on the car. the mudium balls wernt hard it was soft .my turn yay i nearly had a strike .i just turned around and came back somebody called me. 2nd turn my hands were stuck in the ball .it fell out oh no it rolled down . finly it was ready its time to eat morning tea teachers called its time to go now .

croos country

the senior school is training for cross country.we have to run around the hull school when i am running my legs are sore and hurting . i always stop and have a drink when i get around the school.sometimes we have two laps

imersion assembly

Today is the first day of term2 we are the champions it has been chossen about beizing olympics comeing up in 3 weeks time we had assembly we had teachers coming on the stage to show us about champions mr jacobsen came in the door with a bike it was flash bike mr burt came in like a horse rider then he called teams to come up he first called team 1 mrs goarge had a cup in hand it looked real mrs katu was dreesed up as a basket ball player mrs lal was dreesed up as a fire fighter she asked questions mrs she was dreesed up a tennis player then it was team 2 they acted on the stage it was a olympics movie mrs apted was pertending to eat something then mrs glaze came in with the rubbish bin to but there food in then they had to do push ups then after they got of the stage it was team 3s turn

Handglider

Cool' a handglider is coming over . Everyone was screaming as it came over like a zooming lawnmover. Teachers were coming to see the handglider . Then it went over rugby training . Everybody was waving to the man on the hangglider.

Hot Air Balloon

Camp

On March the eightenth Pt England school teachers and Pt England school children had a camp. In the tents we slept on the school field. It was hard for the teachers to put everyone to sleep. the end
